Disgusting service and even worse quality in brand new car

Absolutely horrible service from Kia from the start. From incorrectly advertising prices to taking over a month to finalize a sale. When buying a brand new car and come to collection I was given a badly scratched and used car. Almost 100km on the clock with scratches inside and out. I have video evidence of this. I did not accept the car in this condition. Disgusting service and I have no idea how long this will take to sort out.
