Disgusting Sale service at Kia Northcliff

The sale service Kia Northcliff is pathetic to say the least. If there was a negative rating then I would surely give them a huge negative rating. Aside from the fact of whether I qualify for finance or not. The Sale's representative does not return your calls or emails once you have made an application to purchase a vehicle. This is definitely not customer service. Totally disgusting and disappointed in Kia
