Disgusting Customer Service

My husband and I went to Kia Boksburg on Saturday the 28 February 2015. We walked into the dealership and waitedfor a consultant to assist us, I was ready go sign papers for a new car, but to no avail. Two consultants saw us and walked out, while two men sat at their desk and ignored us for the whole 15 minutes we waited there. So we left, only to find some consultants hanging around outside and eating crisp. Turns out this happened to other people I know too. If Kia Boksburg believes that they do not need sales, then they should close that dealership. I am disgusted by their putrid adolescent or maybe just ****** behaviour, and will recommend that no one I know give that branch any sales.
