Disgusted with Customer Service

30.01.2015 - I have my vehicle booked in for a service.... the entire experience was great at the start. The friendly security guard who allowed me to leave my vehicle secure at 6:45am as I needed to get to work as my starting time is 6:30am.<br> After 10 attempts to contact Sam whom I had booked my car with I was put through to Jacques @ 10:20am as the receptionist was aware of my effort in contacting Sam, I explained that all I needed was to know an approximate time that I may collect my vehicle, I must add that even the receptionist was a pleasure to deal with. But then I had Jacque who did not care for my call - and said bluntly we are busy and I cannot give you an approximate time! He did not so much as ask for my name or registration number! I explained that I was required to arrange a lift for collection so he said \Ok well then let's say 4pm"I was disgusted and expressed this in a call back to Sam"
