Disgusted at principle dealer and manager at Kia

I was looking to purchase a kia sportage tec 2016, and eventually settled with kia Randburg on the purchase.<br> However the reason I rushed the purchase and insisted that I take deliver on the 19/03/2016 was because I have a 2 month old baby and was driving down to Durban on the 20/03/2016.<br> I made sure that the dealership was aware of this. I took delivery of the car on the 19th, and dropped of my merc as trade in. Later that evening I took a drive with my baby in the car. I came to a stop street where the car steering locked and I cudnt get it started again. I was terrified because my phone was dead and I had my baby in the car and it was getting dark. I had to flag a stranger to take me home, and left the car where it was. I called road side assist who only showed up 2 hours later to fetch the car.<br> I lost 2 days accommodation. the dealership dropped off a car for me Monday afternoon, I called the dealer principal to tell him to cancel the deal, and he said to me he will not I must take him to the ombudsman.<br> He behaved as if he was doing me a favour with selling me the car. And said I was using the dealership car and he will charge me for the KM travelled. This made was very RUDE
