Disappointed with the false info i was given by the sales person after my purchase.

I recently purchased a 2019 Picanto, got a friendly sales person Bulelani at Kia Silverlakes Pretoria. Everything went smoothly untill a month later Tracker started debiting. When I purchased the car he said tracker was taken care of. Only to find that was not true. Called their financial lady who said “ he probably said that for sales”. After numerous attempts to get hold of this sales person for an explanation , he ignores all my calls and emails. Who can I contact regarding this?
