Denied warranty claim

As a driver who has more than 5 years driving experience i bought a manual car kia SONET from east rand mall. 9 days after the purchase they clutch burned and broke into 3 pieces. They are refusing to have the car fixed they say I abused the clutch.and the clutch burned because of external factors. When I ask what are those external factors they don't want to be specific
