Deliberate lies by official Kia dealership

<p>Kia is running a special on all the Cerato models in May. I wanted to buy a new car, and started enquiring about the vehicle. I called quite a few dealers who told me they did not have stock, and finally managed to find a car at Kia Hatfield.</p> <p>I asked them to confirm in writing that they had stock, and they sent me writen confirmation via email. They kept me on a line for two weeks, and during two visits to their showroom, and informed me that the only outstanding matter was the paperwork which would be ready on 30 May. </p> <p>I did not hear from the dealer, but repeatedly called them, and spoke to the sales person, the sales manager and finally the branch manager. Finally I was told that they did not have stock, but was waiting for another dealership to send them a vehicle, which did not happed. I am now out of luck since the special expires on 31 May. </p> <p>If I was told that they did not have the car I could have kept looking, but now there is no time and I stand to lose R 50 000 on the purchase price discount. This borders on ***** if you ask me. I would like Kia South Africa to revert back to me with a plan or explanation as soon as possible.</p>
