Deceiving information

I bought a KIA RIO in October 2012 from KIA Gold Reef. When compiling the package, the sales representative presented this \booster maintenance"plan at an extra charge which was worked into the financing. This \""booster maintenance\"" plan was portrayed to cover any and all issues except for tyers. This i accepted. On Thursday 30 April 2015 my KIA received its service at KIA Boksburg. On this day I was informed that my \""break fluid need to be flushed\"" and \""maintenance done on my aircon\"". Bearing in mind that there was nothing wrong with my aircon to begin with! I was advised that this was \""necessary\"" and that this was going to cost me directly in the amount of R1400. I referred KIA Boksburg to the fact that i had taken out the \""booster maintenance\"" plan which was explained to me to cover \""everything except tyers\"". It was then divulged that these items that needed to be attended to CONVENIENTLY fell in the \""Warranty\"" category which apparently had a 12 month warranty span.It is so dishonest and completely unfair that false information was allowed to be conveyed to the public. This is a contravention of the Consumer Protection Act and i have lodged a complaint to the Ombudsman.
