Dealership giving run arounds with service book and service history

<p>I have bought a second hand Chevrolet Spark from Kia Motors in Fountains, Pretoria. My car needs to be repaired and it's under warranty so in order for the car to be repaired the GM requires the service book and service history. I have been contacting the dealership from the time I bought the car to give me the service book along with the service history but they are giving me the run arounds as they say they cannot seem to find the service history and they lost the service book. </p>
