Dealer Principle - Bad Attitude

I requested Kia Constantia Kloof to cancel my contract in writing after it was issued by MFC as it is in conflict with another contract that I had signed with another dealership. Spoke to the dealer principle as my request had not been actioned, he was arrogant towards me, even told me that he wont be needing my business in the near future. I was under the impression that Kia was a reputable dealership. This issue it still not resolved.
