Damage caused and refusal to pay.

My 2014 Kia Cerato Koup developed a gearbox noise when selecting reverse. After consulting with Kia Rustenburg, they agreed that the gearbox will be repaired under warranty. I took my car in on 30 May 2017 and received it back on 13 June 2017 (two weeks). The gearbox was fixed, however, the passenger side door was slightly dented and my sub-woofer had its cone torn due to abuse. At the service centre, I showed Stian the damage to the door but only heard the damaged sub-woofer that evening. The next morning I took the car back and showed Stian damage to the subwoofer. He said that the car was at Mayfair Gearbox and that they will contact Mayfair to repair the speaker. I also went back to the car Audio specialist to get a quote on the damage (R3700 total). I was contacted by Stian from Kia Rustenburg on 20 June 2017 and told that the damage to the door will be fixed, however, the speaker is on me! I find this absolutely disgusting that a major car dealer can take my vehicle for two weeks, cause damage and then say "they do not take liability for damage caused". Stian even said "it was probably time for the speaker to break" and "a sub-woofer should not fail if played too loud". The sub-woofer is 4 months old and now I have to replace it! I don't think so!?
