Customers should be treated with respect

I was told, in a rather arrogant way, by a young ?salesman that the boot of the Cerato was much bigger than the boot of my Lexus GS 300 SE. <br> It turned out that he was talking about a relative's IS 250.<br> <br> In the most callous way he then said that I would be lucky to get R70 000 for my car.<br> <br> Other dealers have already offered me more than that.<br> <br> I did not like the insolent way in which he spoke to me and will not recommend this dealership.<br> These are difficult economic times and people need to have more respect for the customers who will pay their salaries.<br>
