Customer service very bad wonderboom kia motors

Kia Motors Wonderboom.

I took my car to Kia Motors Wonderboom on Thursday and I was helped by a lady called Angelique. She was so friendly and kind. The had to do my wiring on the throttle body and diagnostics. The fixed it and I took the car home. Before I got home the car didn't want to start and I had to tow it home. And on Friday 03/09/2021 I had to tow it to Kia Motors Wonderboom again when I get there they opened a job card. When I passed with my other car going home I realized my car is still outside the workshop which meant they haven't started working on my car. I called them got to a lady called Johanna she was very rude and didn't help at all. She told me there is nothing she can help me with she does not work with bookings. Today on Saturday still I got to her Johanna she still didn't assist and there was no update from the dealership for the vehicle. When I called and opened the new job cart the told me the car is on high priority cause I brought it and they couldn't fix the problem. I am very much disappointed with the service and customer support from this dealership. One of the worst I experienced.
