Customer Service at Kia Boksburg is disgusting.

I took my car in for its first service (15000km) last week Thursday, ever since it came back from Kia its been giving me nothing but problems. I spoke to Betzie and she gave me attitude, and told me that I should have told them what's wrong with my car because when I go to the doctor I must tell the doctor what's wrong with me, are they not supposed to check everything in the car? This is a brand new car, after the 15000km's service my air conditioner wasn't working, my car is jagging all the way, my gear leaver is loose, and I still get attitude from the kia people. They only told me today midday that I can bring it in tomorrow, this is not the first time, I had a picanto that I traded in last year and I never had joy with the service I was getting from Kia boksburg and the attitude I was getting from them, on the first service 15000km's of my picanto they bumped my car and fixed it after I had a huge fight with them, then just before the trade in I took my car for 60000km service, they did nothing to it till I broke the key a week after and they told me about all the problems mu car is having, now how do I trust them to service my car ever again? I am taking my car back tomorrow
