Why is it that every year when I need to take my Kia for a service, I have to be frustrated by a complete FAILURE of customer service?

I do an online request for booking a service to Kia Paarden Eiland, get told a member of the team will contact me. SIX days later, still waiting!! So I then try the same request for Kia Table View and get no one coming back to me!! I remember that I had the SAME problem LAST YEAR when I wanted to book a service.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

To make matters worse, I send a Facebook message to KIA South Africa, get a response asking for my contact details and Vin. I give them that information… AM STILL WAITING for a response.
