Congratulations, your new Kia has a vibrating mirror!

You have owned 4 Kias in the past. You buy a new Kia out of the box. You take it to Kia to install a reverse camera. They don't install it on the day it was supposed to be installed. Once installed when you drive your new Kia with its new reverse camera you realise the new mirror vibrates all the time. When you go to collect the original mirror you realise they installed an Autocam product instead of a Kia product, which they swear is approved by Kia SA. You go to see the Dealer Principal at 12PM he is too busy to see you. You phone the complaint line they don't get back to you. The parts manager swears it is his only part he can supply. The workshop manager says its normal for reverse camera mirrors to vibrate. You email the complaint line they don't get back to you. You're driving an out of the box Kia with a brand new vibrating mirror. Congratulations!
