Completely not satisfied about the service they have given me

I took my car for brakes to be repaired on the 21 November and even today I do not have my car as it's the 20th of December. I'm On the 18th December I was called them and they told me to put a deposit for them to order the part or I should come fetch my car and fix it elsewhere. Imagine my frustration as I was only told to give a go ahead nothing about money.
