Complaint about my car that has not been fixed .

I have purchased a vw golf 6 from kia imperial select alberton, the car has been in my possession for one week since I bought it, and I have had endless problems with the lights on the vehicle. The car had been taken back 3 times for fixing, and the problem was resolved by a short cut repair. Which vw in alberton found while servicing my vehicle. The headlights and spot lights had been opened and sealed with silicon, and the new part they had replaced was found to be a second hand unit which still did not work. I have been trying to get hold of the kia dealership in regard of my situation, but I have no satisfaction. They need to pay for this dilemma as is they caused it.
