commission delay

Unsatisfied on commission that is due to me since May 2025. Consultant advised that there were new forms that needed to be paid out, then the accounts person was not available to process payment. Weeks later, the consultant advised that payment will be processed from their personal account. It’s November and each week a new day is being giving but no payment. How do you do business and promise people commission for a referral but you can’t keep to your word. This is unacceptable and hope Kia Head Office will action this.
