clutch system

<p>Hi All</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased KIA Rio 1.2 at Alberton in 2015</p> <p> </p> <p>On all the contracts I have with Kia it was not stipulated that when I have a car breakdown, especially clutch system that I have to pay for the stripping of the vehicle – I need to know where it is written that if something fails I have to be responsible for the stripping of vehicle. The reason my car went to KIA is that I couldn’t drive it at all. Now the charging me the stripping fee of R 3146.40 including vat</p> <p>This is the money I have not budgeted for – I am under the impression that I have to pay diagnosis fee of R 690.00 not R 3146.40 for stripping because SA Warranty will cover R 4000 for the clutch system.</p> <p>I phoned KIA – the complete clutch kit of my vehicle is: R 3216.30</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone explain to me why I being charged for stripping: R 3146.40.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please indicate where this is stipulated on the contract, as I suspect I am being **********.
