Car Service with Kia Motors

<p>i am livid right now, in fact i'm on the highest level of ****tivity!! i have NEVER in my life dealt with such incompetency & lack of accountability from kia motors. last year on the 7th September, i took my car in for service, THEN kia motors people gave me a document that specified "YOUR NEXT SERVICE IS AT 60 000KM OR 12 MONTHS FROM THIS DATE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST" So today a year over i take my car and they reject the service siting thjat i've driven outside my mileage that im supposed to be serviced for... then they give me the sloppy excuse to say that their system calculated wrong and basically thats none of their business, i should go f*** myself in other words.</p> <p>i want this sorted out NOW!!! YOUR system miscalculated. not me, i cannot be held accountable for that. i want someone with an IQ above room temperature to sort this out ASAP!!!!</p>
