Car service late delivery

Came to service my car at 7:10am, the driver to give us a lift came back an hour later and took the people who came for service after me and I was left behind because the car was full. No one came to notify us of the arrival of the driver I just saw people getting in the car, considering how long I had been waiting now I have to wait another hour for the driver to come back at 9am. The employees are not saying anything, I'm just told to wait. I am not satisfied because there should be an order of deliver because I got here first.
