Car not paid off that was trade in

We traded in. touareg for a range rover on the 8 th of January 2015 the touareg was not paid off by the garage and we had to pay 2 cars which of 1 that we don't have. After many queries phone calls and e mails we still do not have any answers or been paid back or the car that we traded in was paid by the garage aswell did we receive our registration money paid back to us!
