Car Missing Part
I honestly wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The service I am receiving is horrible to say the least. I bought my car from Imperial Select Multi franchise in East rand and upon servicing my car I found out that there’s a missing part on the car. I immediately notified them and now they are saying maybe Renault Route 24 took it out, no accountability whatsoever and now I’m being told they can’t help me.

Imperial Select East Rand, is this the one part of/next to Kia East Rand?
If so you will need to contact Kia SA as that dealer is part of them from the 1 November 2019.
