Cancellation of vehicle purchase within 24 hours
I signed a vehicle purchase contract on the 30th of January 2025 with KIA Vereeniging which was offered to me as the only deal that I was qualifying for and which was valid up until the end of that month. But after reviewing my finances I sent them an email a day after signing the contract, to cancel. This was on the 31st of January 2024. I also sent an email to WesBank requesting for their assistance in canceling the contract and I was assisted by a consultant who responded by telling me to fetch the same car I specifically stated in the email that I will not be able to afford. The contract has never been canceled to date and I never collected the car from the dealership. Now my score is badly affected as the installments are appearing in arrears. Please assist as I do not know what else to do to get this resolved. I need help please.
