Can't be trusted

I went in to Kia East Rand used vehicle section to look at selling my daughter's car and buying her a new one. I was assisted by a used car sales man and his manager. They quoted me for the sale of my daughter's car and we spoke at length about the car that i wanted to replace it with. They committed to finding me a car with around 20 000 to 25 000km on the clock at a price of R140 000 and said that they were expecting a delivery in the next couple of days. Three weeks later, the cars that were promised have not arrived. They sent me a picture of a car today that they have obviously had traded in which has more kms on the clock than promised, is a different colour, and now they expect me to pay the R140 000 for that and are upset that i am not happy with the result! I feel that they have broken their promises to me, over and over again in the past 3 weeks and are now expecting me to just accept what they have which is not what was promised. i have been very patient and very loyal, and am now very disgruntled and disappointed. my daughter is left without a car as her old car is now sold!
