Call unanswered, vehicle not accepted for service

I have tried calling the Kia Service branch several times in the last two days and have had most of my calls UNanswered. When my call was answered yesterday, I never had it returned.<br> <br> When I got through to Veronica earlier, I asked if I could please book my vehicle in for a service as it is due a service. I was told that it is not due as it has not yet reached the correct mileage. I recently had my car there and was reminded by the service agent that it was due for a service. Now I get told it isn't???<br> <br> It is due for a service since it has been a YEAR since the last service!!!!<br> <br> Just disappointed. No service. Excuse the pun.
