BREACH OF CONTRACT & BAD CLIENT SERVICE

We bought a KIA Sorento 2010 model on 31 December 2014 at KIA Tygervalley branch Cape Town.

The mileage was 75 000km. The salesman, Reggie informed us that the maintenance, service plan and warranty plan would expire on 100 000KM.

We then extended the service and the warranty to a 140 000KM. We took the car for the 80 000km service in February 2015. We continuously asked Reggie for a quotation to extend the mainternance plan, to date he still hasnt come back to us.

Today we took the car for its 100 000KM service at the KIA in Roodepoort 14th Avenue, jhb branch. Where they informed us that the Mainternance plan in fact expired in April 2015, after we did the 80 000km service 2 months after purchasing the car.

The salesman did not inform us of the specifics, that he only knew of the 5 year plan or the 100 000km plan and assured us that the car will be serviced.

To top this we havent even received the car's registration papers. We are still driving with Cape registration plate.

We now infpormed that we need to pay R6 800 because the maintenance expired. We called Reggie at KIA Tygervalley who then informed us that he was not aware and couldnt assist us.
