Brand new Kia delivered with damage

<p>The sales person promised us delivery of the car by a certain date and it was delivered a week later than the date he promised. I can live with that, but what I cannot live with is the fact that the car was delivered with bubbles in the smash and grab, a scratch in the rubber around one of the windows, and also bubbles in the car exterior around one of the windows. The 3rd time I drove the car, the plasic behind the door handle clipped out completely. This is completely unacceptable for a brand new car. The dealership collected the car from me yesterday and then brought it back to me today without fixing a single thing, only to tell me they need to submit a warranty claim for the damage. It is unacceptable to submit a warranty claim for a brand new car. My current car is 3 years old and is in better condition than this car that is supposed to be brand new. Unfortunately I am forced to give a mimum of a 1 star rating, but this actually deserves a zero star rating, I can't even begin to express my level of disappointment.</p>
