Bought brand new car only to find that its making

In 2012 I bought a brand new kia rio sudan, it drove well and I was happy with the car, but that did not last for long as I started hearing funny sounds on the dashboard on the left handside. I took it to the dealership that had sold it to me and they agreed to fix it. A few months down the line the noise was back and I took it back to the dealership, had it fixed but its only for a short while that the car doesn't make that funny noise on the dashboard. I have gone up&down with this issue and it's not getting solved my main concern is that I bought a brand new car to avoid having to fix it ever so often. Im also worried that once I finish paying off the car, the dealership will not care about this defect that came with the car. As I write this the car is at the dealership for the same problem.
