Boksburg After sales is a joke

I have a Kia Sorento AWD 7 Seater, that i paid around R700 000 for, this is giving problems, then when i take it in to Kia, i get told car is ready come fix and then nothing was done to the car and then when i esquire, i get a "there was a misunderstanding between us and the techs" I went to durbs last week and all of sudden my diesel indicator is no longer working, no range nothing, I'm driving blind. I then phoned Boksburg Kia and they advised to bring the car in on Monday and they will have a loan car ready for me. This was arranged last week Thursday. Today i get to Kia East Rand, give them the arm lengthy list of what is all wrong with my car. Then when i went to the reception desk i get told, we dont have a car for you, but it was arranged last week, but you can only get your car in 3 hours time. Why was i not informed of this yesterday, or the day before. Now you expect me to sit there for 3 hours waiting for a car?????? This is really poor and unacceptable service.
