battery replacement saga

Looking through the comments on KIA it appears that I am not the only one who has problems with KIA/Liquid capital

I have been phoning KIA Weltevreden regularly for month now comlaining that they did not even bother to submit my battery claim to liquid capital

Now the answer I get is that the person that they dealt with at KIA is no longer there.

I have yet to have anyone from the dealership keep their promise to return my call
