bad workmanship

my tata indica was sent to kia service center in wonderboom by the imperial tata pretoria north. ther was a list of things to repear on the tata. please note this is a brand new car only 2months old. thy had to replace the cluster of the car as it was 1 of the things on the reappear list. my car was standing at ther service center for almost 2 months. i got a call from the tata dealers to say my car is ready for collection on Saturday when i opend my car ther was things missing from my car like carpets usb stick and service book on my way to the kia service center i saw the cluster that thy fitted is not even fasten and is pulling away from the dash. ther was no 1 to help me at the kia center just a reception girl i think its very bad workmanship and bad service. my brand new car looks like a accident rebuild
