Bad Sevice from Sales personell

I bought a second hand 2013 Toyota Etios with 12500 km for R 117 00 with registration, number plates and extended 3 year service plan from Kia Hatfield. The deal was concluded with the Manager who dumped it subsequently on a junior Salesman. After the car was paid in full and insurance arranged by myself they agreed to deliver the car.<br> The car was delivered or rather\ dumped"at my home(The salesman was in a great hurry because his boss was waiting to pick him up at the street corner) as requested without any paperwork"
