Bad Service- KIA Springs

I bought a car at Kia Motors Springs on the 13th June 2019 and there was an agreement that registration will be done for me by the Dealer and I have paid for it. I was given a temporary registration for 21 days, it expired and another temporary registration was delivered to me. I recently got a call from the dealer that I need to register the car for myself as they having challenges with the traffic department, the system indicates that I am from Limpopo even though I have submitted a residential address of Delmas. I have been running around trying to get the car registered and I still have not registered the car.

I have been driving around with a car that does not have a number plate, this is a risk as I might be high jacked. I have been stopped a couple of times by the authorities due to the temporary registration that has been issued more than once.

I have never expected to receive such a bad service from a reputable company like KIA motors. I also tried engaging the dealer principles and was told he was not available.
