BAD SERVICE: KIA Motors, Somerset-West

My vehicle gave problems while still under guarantee. Dealer not able to find or fix the problem. Wanted to give the vehicle back, but NO ONE is willing to help me. The vehicle is currently in their possession so I'm paying for a vehicle that I don't have!!! After numerous e-mails and calls, NO ONE is able to put something in writing so that I can give the vehicle back and after that owe NO more money to KIA. The Dealer Principal, mr Bruce Conway does NOT respond to any inquiries and NEVER kept me up to date on anything. BAD service all around from KIA, Somerset-West and NO ONE is willing to even refer you to someone who will be able to help you.
