Bad Service-Kia Fountains Pretoria

I took my car in for Door Lock and Engine Repair on the 24 August 2017. When i went for collection as i was told the car was fine i found that the engine was not repaired. Then i told Master Aftersale Consultant (Shona Nkosi) who went to speak to Technician who dealt with the Car (Name Forgotten) and he **** to her saying the cause of the noise in the engine were the wheels of the car and that was after we waited for him for an hour and he ran away and never wanted to talk to me as he said he was going home as it was time for him to knock off.

I then saw another Technician (Christo) who promised to fix the car in two days. On the third day after the promise i went to check if whether they were done fixing the car since no one was updating me and found that they were still working on the car and i then left. I was using public transport with my money when i went for updates. The following day i called with my airtime since there were still no updates and was told that the noise was still there and the car still need to be worked on. I told them i was giving them three more days.

Three days went by and still no updates. I phoned again after a week and was told that Christo went on leave of which i do not understand that big company as Kia has only one employee who can fix the problem. I even told them i work shifts and that i was working night shift that week and had to walk for three kilometers in the bush alone every night for that week so they should work on the car quickly but no body cared. Not even an apology was given to me. On the 11 September 2017 when i phoned, Jaco told me that Christo and Shona were on Internal Training and he could not give me updates and advised that i should phone on Wednesday.

Then on Wednesday my wife phoned and spoke to both Shona and Workshop Manager (Solly) who were rude to her and **** to her that Christo was not in at work because when Solly phoned me he said that he was with Christo with him and Christo was going to start working on the car the following day.

Still nothing was done on the car as when my wife phoned on Monday of 18 September 2017 she was told Christo went to attend the funeral.

From what i see these people and Kia Fountains are not fixing my car and they do not take me serious as their customer. They undermine people and think that they are doing us customers favor. They forget they are doing their job. It has been now a month and nothing was done on my car and have nothing to use to go to work.
