Bad Service from Kia Motors in Parden Island ( Cape Town)

I bought a KIA Sportage 2016 model but somehow it there was something which was making noise when I was trying to break. I went to KIA for a service and i told them of the issue and they promised to investigate. I was not using a car for more than a month until i decided to approach them and inform them that it is not correct since i am paying for a car that i am not using. I asked them for people who i could escalate this matter but somehow they said they communicate via emails so there was no specific person who could assist me further. They decided to get a SPARK Chevrolet for me. I was driving that car until i told them that in December i needed a bigger car. They gave me a bigger car but they said i will have to return it immediately. When i came back from Eastern Cape i sent the car back to them. They told me that there is a bearing issue in my car but they have been ordering the part from KIA in overseas and they keep on getting a wrong one till today. They said they have escalated the matter to KIA SA and i requested some information on that and they said they cannot give me internal information. I have been calling these KIA people and they keep on saying the matter has been escalated they do not know what to do. In the mean while I am still paying for my car even though I am driving a very small car. The situation is getting out of hand and I am not sure of the correct procedure to follow if I have to sue them. Please kindly advise on what ideas I should consider. The situation is very frustrating especially if there is money involved. These KIA people do not care about the customer as long as they are getting their money. I believe by now I should have received a call higher up from them but nothing.
