Bad service from Kia Motors Empangeni

About 3 months ago my husband noticed that the mags on my car (Kia picanto) are starting to peel and rust. At this stage my car is only a year old and we bought it brand new. He went to Kia Empangeni and reported it to the manager and was told that they will be ordering new mags and then contact us to bring in my car so that my mags could be replaced. We waited but heard nothing my husband went back several times and now after 3 months they contact me to tell me that I must please bring in my car they will be sending my mags away to Durban to get re-coated and that they will have my car for approximately 2 weeks. I wasn't happy with it as I expected to receive new mags, but I agreed. Then I was told that I have to pay R1200 for my courtesy car otherwise I will not be given a car, which I feel is unfair to me as my car is under warranty so it is their duty accommodate me, but instead it is costing me money. But not be a difficult client I made a plan to get the money for the car. Then the day came for me to take my car in I get told \sorry it not R1200 you have to pay
