BAD SERVICE FROM KIA 4WAYS

Again such bad service from KIA 4Ways. One of their agents called me to say that my car has been allocated to a tech to work on it however my car is with me at home and not with them. Please can someone from KIA call me back to have all my concerns dealt with urgently
