Bad service from Kia

As a first time vehicle applicant, I have app**** for a Kia Picanto and was dealing with a lady called Cecelia, She could not even give me a decency of telling me the results of my application, I had to keep on asking her for 2 days for the results on my application while she would read my messages and kept ignoring me, when she finally respond, I asked her of any reason of why my application was declined she just read the message and ignored me, it seems Kia is 1 of those companies which just do not care about the people aslong as you are declined, the least they could have done was to advise when the application was declined and atleast provide, a reason upon being asked than to just ignore us.
