Bad service from Kia

My car went in for service on the 31st May and when I drive to Limpopo, it broke down. I have been waiting for 3 days to get a diagnosis from Kia in Mokopane and the service manager has been giving me empty promises since yesterday. I have sent messages to their customer centre through their website and Twitter but they have just ignored me. I called in this morning and they have promised to follow up with the branch and I still have nothing. Kia doesn't take me seriously
