Bad Service

The service at Kia The Glen is highly unprofessional. 1st I called the dealership yesterday and my call was not answered, I then walked in to book my car for a service and I was assisted by a lady called Siziwe who captured all my details on the system and incorrectly inserted my surname and only saw when I received an SMS that secured my booking later in the day. This morning I got to the dealership waited for 5 minutes inside the car before someone could come and assist me I even had to go ask the security of how things are done there but as I was speaking to him a lady by the name of Chantelle came out to look for my sheet in the box and it was not there, she asked me to go inside with her which I did and she confirmed all my details on the system which I also had to correct my surname and when she was done she asked if I'm going to be needing a lift and I gladly said yes(never asked me to where), she asked me to remove my belongings in the car and I did, then she asked me to have a seat and when the driver(workshop) came he asked me where am I going and I told him Katlehong (Spruit) and he said they don't go that side, I then asked Siziwe and she confirmed that.

My issue here is the fact that,

1. I was never asked where will the drop off be because if I was and I was told that the driver does not go there I was going to ask someone to come pick me up. 2. The address I gave is my postal address and my residential address is in Benoni (now when I said that, Siziwe told the driver to take me to Benoni instead of Katlehong and only when I told them that Benoni is ****her than Katlehong, she told the driver to take me to Katlehong asking if I will be able to take myself back to the dealership to fetch the car and I said yes I will) 3. When I asked the driver for his name he refused and said I should say workshop driver.

PS: this is the 1st and will definitely be the last time I bring my car to Kia the Glen because clearly their work ethics and treating people with respect is next to zero.
