Bad service at Kia polokwane

<p>I towed in my car to Kia Polokwane on 26 and I took them 8 days to inform me that the car is not having any problem and I was only informed that after calling no updates and no calls and when I got there to collect the car I was told that the responsible person is in a meeting and I must wait until the meeting is adjourned despite making an appointment </p>
