Bad Service at Kia Gold Reef City

<p> </p> <p>Hello, I took my car for a repair in the engine at Kia Gold Reef City. My insurance and me paid the money due to the dealer by the 8th March 2016, but I had no joy with the work that was done as the problem was still there. Since March I have been told to bring back my car, and it stays for weeks with them (without any courtesy car) and it comes back still the same. Until in May when i was told by their mechanic that he cannot fix my car. </p> <p>After complaining several times, on the 31st May 2016 I was requested to bring it back but no one has told me as yet if this time it can be fixed or not and they cannot even give me their courtesy car as all four of their cars are broken. It has been three months trying to fix my car!!!</p> <p>Im expecting my baby soon and this has been a nightmare as I have to use the public transport to go to work and sometimes I miss my doctor's appointments because I do not have a car. </p> <p>When I engaged the manager he promised that by last week Friday (10th June 2016) I will get a courtesy car or the latest by today and it will be delivered to me, which never happened.</p> <p>I am requesting urgent help in this matter.</p> <p>Thank you </p>
