Bad Service at Kia Boksburg

Once again I have experienced the worst service from a vehicle service center ever. It all started in July 2015, when I booked my vehicle in for a major service and it had to stay there for over 2 weeks, to make a long story short!!!!<br> <br> Today, the belt snapped and when I took it in, they had no stock, AGAIN (the day before I am supposed to go on holiday). I also had to wait an hour and a half in reception and was only told this when I went to enquire. There is no sense of customer satisfaction or service in this place!!!!!<br> <br> Never will I buy a vehicle from this branch or take it for a service.
