Bad service and dishonesty

Good Day,

I would like to report one of KIA dealerships for dishonesty and bad customer service.

KIA Fountains in Pretoria has had our car since early Jan 2017 for repairs.

It took them 2 weeks to diagnose the car and give us a quotation.

The insurance warranty gave them an authorization to fix the car. They told us that they have all the parts except for the crank shaft which will be imported from Korea and will take a maximum of 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive in SA. Three weeks has thus passed, we sent them multiple emails requesting them to update us on the progress of the car. They failed to communicate with us and now that we told them that we escalating the matter, they send us and email to tell us that they still waiting for the part and suddenly the part is no longer a crank shaft but an Oil pump.

They don't communicate with us at all, we are dissatisfied with their service. We feel they are not prioritizing to fix our car.

Does KIA SA not have any service turnaround times that are stipulated in your SLA with the dealerships?

Who is responsible to make sure that all the dealerships adhere to SLA?

We borrowed someone's car and promised to return it after 4 weeks as we were expecting to have received our car back by then. Now we are carless and stranded . The fault lies between the dealership and their import supplier, therefore we shouldn't suffer for their mistakes,I suggest they offer us a courtesy car that we can use while we still waiting for them to fix our at their own pace.

Please assist.
