Bad service after sale

We bought a secondhand car from them on the 23 January 2016 and took them more than a month to supply us with the licence and paper work.<br> <br> And still today we don't have a spare key for the car. When I phoned them, they say the guy that I dealt with is no longer working there. But even when I speak to the new DP or I even spoked to a person (Lee) and they promised to follow up. And jip it is again 2 weeks later and no word from them.<br> <br> I will never support them again. So disappointed
