Bad Service after a sale is done.

We bought a Car from Kia Gold Reef City, the Sales Executive name is Abdur-Rahmaan Abed, they came a dropped off the car with an expired license disk and no Car registration, and the Car has not been moving for 2 weeks now since we really can't drive anywhere. We have been trying to contact him but he doesn't return any of the calls.

We are now really frustrated regarding this, how can we buy a car and not be able to use it at all, due to horrible administration.

I wouldn't recommend you buying a car especially on a Cash basis otherwise it becomes your problem, no paperwork has been done, besides taking the money.
